Brian Barto , the older brother of our present showing artist Brett, has joined the LVAN with amazing results in the past. Brian is presently working hard toward his First Friday display in West Chester this May 7th. I found the following preview flicks on Brian’s Facebook and got a nice email back from him explaining the origins of them..
From Brian,”(I)always dug carnival signs and backroads americana, so it’s a cool fit. All built from found barnboard, pallets, and roadside garbage (most from rt. 100 between w. chester and the valley).”
